Our new Customer Service Manager
Ezy2c are excited to announce the promotion of long term Ezy2c employee, Peter Brown to Customer Service Manager of the business.
Peter has had numerous years experience in selling Ezy2c GPS Tracking Solutions and has proved his knowledge in the Telematics space having brought on numerous clients to Ezy2c from a variety of industries and sectors including waste management, transport, utilities & forestry. Peter has an indepth understanding of how to ensure our clients are getting the most out of their tracking devices, whether it be through product training or setting up specific reports and alerts to maximise the benefits to a client’s business.
Based in Melbourne, Peter travels extensively to visit our clients and is always available to help with customer enquiries. Peter has 2 full-time staff working in the customer service team. Ezy2c are committed to offering the best customer service in the GPS tracking industry.
